At the congregational meeting on Sunday, June 10, a process was introduced for collecting nominations for the search committee that will be formed to find EPC's next senior pastor. You can read more about that process in full on our website here .   Below is a link to the ballot for the pastoral search committee that has been approved by the Session. You will receive a printed copy of this ballot as you enter worship on Sunday, July 15. At the congregational meeting immediately following the service, you will mark your selected candidates, place your ballot into an envelope, write your name on the envelope (to verify that only member votes are counted), and insert your ballot into the collection box. If you have requested an absentee ballot, please follow the voting instructions in the email you received from Bob Almond. Votes will be counted on Monday, 7/16, and results will be announced soon afterwards. In the meantime, if you have questions about the ballot or voting process, please ask any elder or Pastor Post or Gorsuch.
