Women of ALL ages are welcome to join together for fellowship, encouragement, and most importantly, being instructed in God’s word. Our women's ministries serve in countless different ways to one another, to our church family, and to our community.

Here’s What’s Happening at Women’s Bible Study and Fellowship (WBSF)

Spring 2025 Women’s Bible Study and Fellowship

Wednesdays, January 15 through May 7, 9:15am-11:30am and 6:30-8:00pm

WBSF will be using the text “God for Us” by Abby Ross Hutto for the spring semester.

“God is love. Of course we all know it . . . in our heads, at least. So why does it feel like he’s far off and unconcerned―or may even be against us? We wonder, “Is God good in general, but not to me specifically?” John’s gospel assures us that God knew we were confused and wasn’t surprised by our distrust. But he also wasn’t content to be misunderstood, so he sent his Son to explain himself to us. Abby Hutto points out that each work of Jesus narrated in John reveals an aspect of God’s character and nature. Here she presents thirteen of these stories that show, through Jesus, who God is. Each one is accompanied by a testimonial of how modern-day believers have applied these truths to their own lives. These stories, along with further Scripture/personal-application and discussion questions.”

Summer Bible Study

Join us for a six-session video series entitled “Behold and Believe - Encountering Jesus as the Great I AM”. The videos, a resource from The Gospel Coalition, are independent teachings on the Gospel of John, so attend as many as you can!  We will meet on Tuesday evenings in Fellowship Hall from 7:00-8:30pm.

Planned dates are: June 3, 10; July 1, 22; and August 5, 19. The video speakers include Melissa Kruger, Jen Wilkin, Vanessa Hawkins, Courtney Doctor, Nancy Guthrie, and Ruth Chou Simons.

Then, on August 26th, we will have a kickoff event for the fall semester. Details will be announced, but please mark your calendar now for these opportunities for bible study and fellowship. All ladies are welcome!
