Women's Ministries

Women of ALL ages are welcome to join together for fellowship, encouragement, food, events, and most importantly, being instructed in God’s word. Our women's ministries serve in countless different ways to one another, to our church family, and to our community.

Please feel free to come to any event, even if you can’t attend them all!

A New Year . . . New Beginnings . . . New Studies

Women's Bible Study & Fellowship (WBSF) invites all women to participate in our weekly ministry.  In February we will begin our 10-week study developed by Nancy Guthrie on The Wisdom of God:  Seeing Jesus in the Psalms and Wisdom Books.  We hope many of you will be able to join us for continued spiritual growth and fellowship in the year 2017. Childcare is available at all sessions.

Morning WBSF:  9:00 - 11:15 am in Fellowship Hall -- On Wednesday mornings, women gather together from every walk of life to sing, pray, and break into small groups to study the Scriptures.  Childcare is offered during this time. Contact Jan Derby for more information.

Evening WBSF:  6:30 - 8:00 pm in EP Library -- On Wednesday evenings,  a different group of women gather together to study the Scriptures. Especially if you are employed during the daytime, we hope you can connect with other women and grow spiritually with us in the evenings.  Nursery care is offered during this time. Contact Kathryn Fenstermacher for more information.

Outreach to Moms

We are delighted to host MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) at EPC.  This is a joint effort of older and younger women designed to welcome and encourage moms in our community.  Click here to visit our MOPS page.

Service Opportunities

Melanie Vinson is women's liaison to the diaconate, which oversees mercy needs and physical care for the body of Christ.  She is always in need of folks willing to lend a hand, make a meal, or encourage a struggling saint. Please let her know if you would be willing to serve.
