EPC Youth Event Registration

SkyZone Trampoline Park

Saturday February 7th, 10:30-12noon

Details: Our youth group will be going to SkyZone Trampoline Park. Our jump is from 10:30-12noon. Please arrive by 10:15 so we can get everyone registered and ready to go so we don’t miss out on any of our jump time. The event is free but need to register so I have a headcount of how many students will be coming. Carpool from EP church will be meeting at 9:45am and returning by 12:30pm. If your student will be participating in the carpool please fill out the appropriate section of the form below.
