EPC is a member congregation of the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA). We date our roots all the way back to 1706 and some of the first churches in the United States. We are a Bible believing church in the Reformed and Presbyterian tradition, embracing the Apostles Creed, the Nicene Creed and the Westminster Confession of Faith and Catechisms as our doctrinal standards.
We exist to Gather, Disciple, and Send:
Gather--We gather Christians together to worship God through Jesus Christ. Our worship services are joyful, Biblical and Christ Centered.
Disciple--A disciple is one who follows Jesus Christ. We exist to make disciples for Jesus, according to his command (Matthew 28:18-20).
Send--Jesus has sent us into the world as his ambassadors. We see this in his prayer to his Father: " As you sent me into the world, so I have sent them into the world" (John 17:18)
